• Strategic definition and administration of water management development initiatives for water supply, wastewater disposal, protective hydraulic engineering, regulation of mountain torrents and avalanches, agricultural hydraulic engineering
• Incorporation and updating of development regulations
• Realization of development projects for settlement hydraulic engineering, regulation of mountain torrents and avalanches
• Conduct of examination and approval procedures
• Management of all issues associated with EU development initiatives for water management
• Consultation and decision-making associated with development funding projects
