Article 27
Dissolution
(1) The State Parliament may vote its own dissolution before the expiry of a legislative period. Such a decision shall be taken at the earliest on the third day after a motion for dissolution has been introduced. The expiry of the legislative period of the State Parliament is determined in accordance with the terms of the second paragraph of Art 16.
(2) In the event of the dissolution of the State Parliament, the State Government shall call new elections within three weeks.
