What is Familypoint?

Familypoint is a new agency set up by the State Government of Vorarlberg. The basic idea is to give the people concerned easier access to information and support with regard to child and pupil care as well as family-related benefits.

What can Familypoint do?

• Process concrete enquiries by parents with regard to care options for their children and family-related benefits
• Advise and support communities in the new development of child care facilities
• Advise and support schools in the planning of pupil care.
• Provide advice for existing facilities when, for example, alterations are planned, providing information on subsidies.
