In accordance with the division of activities of the Office of the State Government, the jurisdiction of the Conduct Control Department covers the following areas:

1. Examination of the conduct of the State offices
2. Examination of the conduct of community authorities and associations
3. Examination of the conduct of corporations, foundations, funds, institutes and commercial companies insofar as a the State has the right to examine such bodies
4. Examination of the conduct of physical and legal persons with regard to the use of State funds insofar as such an examination has been reserved or consented to
