Every child is different. And yet they are all the same when it comes to getting their own way. This ability to assert themselves is important for the child's personality and is sensitively encouraged by the kindergarten teachers.
In the kindergarten the child learns to use language as a communication tool. It learns the rules of democracy and social behaviour. Perception, cognition, concentration, the attitude to work and motoric skill are all trained. The kindergarten teachers consolidate the children's strengths and motivate them to explore new areas.
