All investment subsidies for individual businesses within the framework of the Austrian Program for the Development of Rural Areas are handled by the Regional Agricultural Authority. It also grants loans for agricultural investment and land purchase. 

Within the framework of the rural housing program, contracts for land purchases and land registration documents are drawn up. Loans can be made more affordable by interest subsidies from the rural housing fund.
