The agricultural law commission is aimed at securing agricultural land for farmers. The commission has its office at the Regional Agricultural Authority of Bregenz. The head of the legal department is simultaneously chairman of the agricultural law commission. The activities of the commission cover the whole of Vorarlberg. Agricultural law is closely linked with the area zoning plans and the regional planning act.
